These work once they’re installed, but they are hard to install and are not shipped with instructions.The manufacturer does not have a website, and Amazon customer service was unable to help me contact the seller, so I resorted to using miscellaneous internet instructions and trial and error. If you are a pro, this likely won’t matter, but this was my first time using heavy duty/very large slides, and positioning the slides so that everything latched and closed properly took much longer and many more mistakes than was necessary.One of my slides was difficult to reconnect once I’d taken the drawer piece out, but the other one was easy to both separate and reconnect. Both slides roll well now that they’re installed, and both blue lock latches work well. I’ve only been using them for a week, so I can’t speak to durability.I originally bought from Amazon because they promised faster shipping, but, in reality, shipping was delayed by several days and didn’t matter that much in the end. I will definitely buy from a website that specializes in hardware and provides product information and customer service in the future. I’d feel a little better about quality control and durability from a knowing manufacturer as well.

I have these slides holding a 12v fridge freezer in my Jeep. It’s set up so the fridge slides out the door. I have found myself wishing I spent money on a better product. They have held the fridge for 2 years now but in that time the fridge has fallen out of the Jeep as the slides didn’t hold it like they were supposed to, it damaged my vehicle on the way down even. Beyond that they don’t always close properly. They are supposed to latch closed and what I would call light use has beat them up enough the latches don’t grab properly anymore. Just recently the blue grips that cover the operation latch pulled off. I pushed them back on but they shouldn’t have come loose bu lifting the levers up. I’ll say that have done the job but they have damaged my vehicle and themselves enough to a point that in 2-3 years when they are clapped out I’ll spend more money than buying a better product the first time.

These were the literally the only 36" lock in / lock out slides I could find...anywhere. So I rolled the dice, and so far, so good! I used them for a 36" tool box that comes out the back of my truck. They seem to hold the weight just fine.

Used these slides for my drawer system in my SUV. Work like a champ!

I have been using this slide for about a year now. I had a problem where the rubber stopped jammed into the slide so I had to contact HWMATE about a replacement. I have found their customer support to be outstanding and professional and they sorted out my issue.
