Is this glue stick safe for children?

Of course, it is safe, non-toxic, and acid-free.And it is washable and very easy to clean. I hope it can help you.

How about the stickness of the 3D printer glue stick?

This works well, not too sticky but hasn't failed me yet. Usually a light tap with screwdriver handle will break the part loose. Once in a while, with a large flat part I will have to use a thin flat bladed knife to gently pry the part loose.

Will this work directly on aluminum?

Thank you for your interest in our products,Yes, of course. I use it on an aluminum bed and works well.
