This cable is a beast! 6 cables - 3 per handle with the option to add or remove cables to change the resistance. Each handle acts independently of each other while connected to a door, pole, or with a partner. Available in 4 resistance levels. Review: Versatilians - I separated the two and attached them to strong eye hooks with enough distance to do flies, chest press, rows, etc. I also attach them overhead to stretch my back. There’s less clank sound with these compared to hard plastic handles. You can purchase additional bands for additional resistance. The price and versatility of these are better than others I’ve purchased. Review: Super Strong Cables - It's a very strong cable but unfortunately the handle is not strong enough to support and literally broke the second time I used it. I've contacted seller and they have replaced with new ones. I will update the review as I use the new one to see if they also break. Since customer service was very responsive and came through to replace defective item I've considered raising the ratings.

Super Strong Cables

The best band design on the market.
Substantially better than the regular resistance band. Having an anchor strap lessens the abuse on the band and makes them safer. It also makes it easier to mount and replicate traditional movements. Plus, the triple band allows for fine tuning resistance. A little too hard? Just unplug 1 band. Very much worth it.

Great anchored resistance cables product
Awesome product for horizontal pulling/pushing exercises with built-in anchor and plenty of resistance options.
