They got back to me and will send a new one with a refund! Hopefully this one works properly! Contacted within 24 hrs! Can't wait to get it.1st review- So disappointed with this purchase. I literally just opened the packaged and blew up the ball. All that air wasted because the damn clicker wasn't in place and I had to release some air to use the clicker to turn on the light! So yes the light works and it's cool looking but you can't turn it on and off because there is no way to click it if it's fully blown up. On/off switch not in place properly.
