There were no scratches on the surface from what i could see, after cleaning this device with alcohol and a dust removal pad. it was delivered close to factory mint condition, which was surprising to me. Not on the fault of the seller, after tweaking a few settings, the OS decided to go Segmentation Fault out of the right field. I had resorted to reinstalling the OS Big Sur after using this device for a few days of use. It has been running in optimal shape! I would highly recommend in buying an apple device from this vendor. Review: Speed of lightning - Originally I bought a cheap 2012 MacBook and wow what a pain in the toosh that was. Always running a beach ball forever. Then I replaced it with this and I am amazed at how lightning fast it is. Also it does not give me problems downloading apps. I really have a lot of respect for this seller. They game me what they said I would get on their desertcart.

Exactly what I wanted
I was a little skeptical on the refurbished laptop, not knowing what exactly was refurbished. this came in nice manufacturer packaging, felt like i was opening a brand new unit. So far, operation has been flawless.

Laptop was done after a month.
So I bought this for my fiance for her to finish school since her laptop died. it started acting buggy and crashed a few times the charger broke after a month and the f1-f9 keys don’t work. I checked reviews and I was sketchy I should've listened to my instinct pay the extra money for the new one.
