I can wear it around the house all day and it makes being on my feet for extended periods of time, cleaning, and even holding my youngest child much much easier. It relieves the strain and pain in my lower back arch and helps me to stand up straighter. I love the size adjustment and how there are two velcro adjustments (one on top of the other) so you can make it super tight if you prefer (i do, I find it the most comfortable and effective at releasing back pain). Overall great quality, inexpensive and does its job wonderfully.
