Shaklee® Gentle Sleep Complex® (90 Caplets)

During this pandemic, I developed a great deal of difficulty sleeping. So, I tried melatonin. Nope! A different brand of melatonin......nope!This Gentle Sleep Complex works great. Adjust the dosage to your own needs. Everyone’s metabolism is different and size may make a difference. As an FYI, I’m 5’2” 125 lbs and take one, sometimes, two if I’m really wired. If I wake up during the night and get back to sleep, I’ll just pop another one. I leave them in my bedside table. There’s no “hangover “ feeling and it’s nice to get some good, solid REM sleep, again.We are still in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic but my good sleep duration has increased dramatically thanks to this Shaklee product.

Shaklee is all natural with no fillers in them. These are very good for relaxation and a great sleep and I don’t have to worry about being allergic to dyes or fillers.
