However after working through the middle of the semester I decided to buy the whole book for my own personal reference because it has an amazing amount of information. And it is very thick, hard cover, ton of objective information, really worth the money.

This book is not cheap but it's worth every penny! I find this textbook to be a detailed and informative book overall. It is a great reference book also.

I had to have this book for my college course of Nutrition. But the book was so expensive that i did not want to buy it and I only bought online access code first. I’m not going to review the book itself because i ordered the book for school, not my leisure. The book came with all its pages and they are still very neat even though it was used. For the price I’m very greatful being a college student books are REALLY expensive. At my school it was 125 and on Amazon 25. I took pics of before and after i put the pages in the binder. Very neat very clean no writing in the book no missing pages . Of course with the price it never came with the online part.
