Plain, no flowers, snaps or frou frou. Not sure what the fabric blend is but feels to be mainly smooth cotton. The black is not sheer and goes to my ankles- perfect for taking the dogs outside or puttering around the house. An ideal swimsuit cover for the more demure among us. Not a bad nightgown option. The kangaroo pocket seals the deal. Ordered at the height of flight restrictions so it took months to arrive, but is not the seller's fault.
