My original Roku remote was gently wearing out after two years. This one looked lovely, and the price was excellent. When I began using this item, it felt so light and flimsy that I hoped it would not soon break. But it did. After one day, the arrow keys began making a new sticking sound. The second day, it stopped working entirely. Amazon states my refund has been issued, but I have not received it yet. But there's still time.I advise against purchasing this item or from this company because of their apparent and actual poor quality. I am back to my old remote and wary of purchasing another replacement, lest it prove as cheap as the Gvirtue one. ### ⭐ Horrible remote!
