When you are holding on with both hands, make sure to stand straight, tummy tucked and tighten your arm muscles. The directions are straight forward and yes, I do recommend UB Toner! I do it every morning and can feel it working! Can't do it in the morning? Take it to work. Use it while home watching television. It only takes minutes. The directions pace you to start slow, then build to 1 minute for each exercise, 2 minutes, etc. Warm up and Cool down exercises also work the arms and posture! I kept looking at it for months on Amazon Prime, read the reviews and then hit Put In Cart. Lots of fun while toning those arms! Love it. Absolutely no regrets. So glad I bought it!! You won't regret it! If I find I need more strength, I will just buy arm weights and use toner to continue. Not sure how long that will be. The UB Toner is pretty strong and tight! It will be awhile, a long while. LOL! Highly recommend for any who want a boost to your existing workouts, or just to keep the blood flowing and muscles active! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and smart exercise tool for arm and chest muscles that are hard to target *by M***Y on February 19, 2022* I gave this 4 stars only because I haven’t used it everyday so no big results yet. But I think it’s a cool product and if I were to religiously use it everyday, I would certainly see a difference. You can feel It working those muscles that are impossible to target. It’s clever design helps you “squeeze” the muscles in the underarm ( that stubborn armpit fat area), and the chest muscles around your cleavage and shoulders. It is not easy at first and my arms were shaking after just a few reps ( probably because those muscles have never been well targeted before! ) I hope to stay on top of it so I can be well prepared for summer. It’s a handy invention. Easy to pick up and squeeze some reps in. Very clever and well constructed. Let’s just hope it works magic. I don’t see why it wouldn’t if I stick to a daily routine with it.
