This is the best light I have ever owned. I will purchase more from this company.

I would expect nothing less from SureFire... Awesome piece of gear and durable as hell too (within reason).

I couldn't get the x300 to mount on to my sig P226 so called Surefire tech support and was informed I would have to "fit" the battery cap to the trigger guard. After removing a significant about I got it to lock in.The light switches are stiff and definitely not smooth, but the light is bright and works. I'd definitely not recommend it for the price and work to get it to attach.

Surefire has always provided excellent quality and durability. The X300V is just the ticket for use with night vision as well as normal white light situations

It's a Surefire! enough said. But to make it even better, it's IR. He who can fight in the dark wins.

It’s a SCAM. I have the actual X300V and the head of the light does not look like this.

Excellent product for surefire

Dang, I wish I'd checked this out before buying. I've purchased Surefire before and felt completely comfortable buying a product from them again, but I have the same experience as others- it doesn't fit on the picatinny rail of my Beretta 92A1. No amount of lubricating spray will help because it's not just tight, but is an interference fit. I've applied enough force that the rail on my firearm is removing small shavings of plastic from the light's rail guides. I have a message in to Surefire about it, but otherwise I'll be looking to return it unless they have a good solution for me.It's too bad. I've wanted one for several years and finally have enough disposable income this year to splurge on it, only to find out that not only does it not install on my firearm, but that it's a common problem.Update: I've filed a warranty claim with Surefire with ZERO response. What a waste of a lot of money. Wow. Do not buy from this company!
