For Halloween costume
The beak is realistic looking and will look great with my child's Halloween costume. It does have a strong smell but I expected it like I would from any halloween mask and am letting it air out. The only thing is you have to breathe through mouth because breathing through nose causes the beak to suction to face.

Simple soft rubber beak
I am not sure this is worth the money, but it serves the purpose I needed it for. I use it in my classroom to illustrate a bird's beak. I would not think it is sturdy enough for long-time wear (costume) or for a child to play with. It has a flimsy elastic string, much like that of a cheap birthday hat.

Hard to breathe with this on because there's no ventilation and it's not very comfortable. But it's literally the only bird beak online for some reason so I went with it.

Great!
This fit well, stayed in place, and even with a medical mask on too I could breath easily. I wore it for an 8 hour shift at work on Halloween with no problems and lots of compliments on the beak.

Severed head in half
defiantly not suitable for an adult. Far to tight, stopped blood flow and ended up in A&E due to oxygen being starved to the brain.
