Das funktioniert, auch wenn es zu Anfang mit Schmerzen verbunden ist.Meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht akzeptabel ist, wie der Anwender allein gelassen wird. Die DVD ist, ebenso wie das Poster, mehr oder weniger nichts sagend und ein besserer Werbefilm mit geringem informativem Gehalt, bei dem man permanent den Werbeslogan des Hersteller um die Ohren gehauen bekommt.Auf der Homepage steht dann etwas mehr, aber für den Laien halt immer noch deutlich zu wenig. Was der Hinweis soll, dass die Blackroll „100 % frei von Chemikalien“ ist, kann man nur verstehen, wenn man die „etwas originellen“ Befindlichkeiten und Weltanschauungen der Physioszene kennt. Was soll denn extrudiertes Polypropylen anderes sein als 100 Prozent Chemie? Ach ja, „vegan“ ist es sicher auch noch und natürlich „klimafreundlich“. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Härte ist genau richtig (nicht für Anfänger!) *by S***N on Reviewed in Germany on 5 January 2018* Die Faszienrolle kann man ja in 3 unterschiedlichen Härtegraden kaufen (Med, Standard und Pro). Ich habe mit dem Modell Standard angefangen (Länge 45cm) und fand die Rolle unfassbar hart. Nach ca. 8 Wochen habe ich mich so an das tägliche Training gewöhnt, dass mir Standard-Rolle zu weich wurde. Ich habe deshalb die härteste Variante (Pro) bestellt und bin sehr happy damit. Die Massage ist tatsächlich härter und auch hier muste ich mich erst daran gewöhnen. Finde also letztendlich die Kombi aus beiden Rollen super.Was ich nicht verstehe, dass es die Pro-Rolle nicht in der Überlänge 45cm gibt. Ich war also gezwungen die kurze Variante zu kaufen. Das Training fällt aber mit der 45cm langen Variante einfacher. Hier sollte der Hersteller überlegen diese Überlänge für alle Modelle anzubieten. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ besser als manche Massage *by M***E on Reviewed in Germany on 21 July 2017* Ich habe diese Rolle im Fitnessstudio kennen und lieben gelernt. Habe mir nun die harte Variante für zu hause bestellt da ich immer mal wieder Rücken-, Nacken- und Schulterschmerzen habe. Es drückt die Verspannung spürbar raus und schon nach kurzer Zeit ist es weg.Die ersten Male war es sehr schmerzhaft und man musste sich erst daran gewöhnen. Wenn man es aber öfter nutz wird man in jeder Hinsicht entspannter darauf.
