Mine has a black ring around the edge of the picture. Is this normal or how do i fix it?

Black ring? I assume you mean extreme vignetting in the digital image. If so, check that you are using an APS body. This lens is excellent on an APS body, won't cover full frame.

Will this work with sony a6600?

Yes. I use it on my A6000 and the A6600 has the same lens mount.

Will this work with sony full frame mirrorless a7 series?

It works great with my A6300 and my A7 ii.
