There are cheaper ones you could buy but this one is worth the couple of extra dollars. You adjust the ropes through the handles to change the handle position which helps with the exercise and focus on different muscle. It is really easy to use and great if all you want to do is get a good stretches. It is easy on the doors with the nylon soft anchor where the others seem to have a metal type door anchor. I would buy this one again.
