Yes, the two way taped base will bend somewhat on a slight curve.

What are the width and height measurements of the back (adhesive side) of the clip?

1 13/16" x 3/4" (4.6 x 1.9cm). I'm not sure your application for these but if you pan on having tight bends these might not hold up well and id recommend cable raceways.

Will these close on bulky computer wire? About how thick? How big are these clamps in addition to depth?

Yes they can close over 3-4 cable wires with the wires being about 1/4 inch thick. They are 1and 3/4 " long with 1and1/4" for the cables inside the clamp. Made by 3M.
