I am a wellness coach and I am very selective about the books I endorse and don't endorse many. I can say from first hand experience that this program is AMAZING. Sophie provides really important information about the skincare products we use every day. I have loved making all of my own skincare and body care products. My skin is absolutely glowing! The recipes are out of this world, truly delicious and loaded with micronutrients. Sophie's calls this a Skin to Soul program and it truly is. My favorite part of the program is her Morning Me Time. This really helped me to make my own self care a priority. After completing the program my skin is glowing and I feel energized, lighter and nourished body, mind and spirit. The first half is a wealth of information about how to be healthy and feel good inside and out. It's a great reference book that I'm sure I'll go back to repeatedly. I have loads of bookmarks in it. The second half is the 30 day plan. I love that Sophie helps ease you into it by adding new practices a bit at a time. I'm on day 9 so far and my skin really looks better than it has in ages, plus I have more energy. The recipes are easy to prepare and quite good. They aren't time intensive which is super important to me. I also have found it helpful wash and chop fruits and vegetables in advance, and I make smoothie packs and stash them in the fridge so I can quick grab and blend in the morning. The author writes in non condemning just informing people what those words on the labels mean.Warns you of how companies can make their labels "look" healthy but really aren't. So much information in easier ways & hints on how to make shopping healthy doable within your budget.I honestly haven't taken her 30 day challenge yet but I have been making changes from the foods I buy to the toothpaste, soaps and makeup that comes into the house then onto my families skin.
