You provide the tube - I used 2" schedule 40 PVC conduit that I painted to match my tank. Best of all, it only requires a 1/2" hole in the top of the tank, and it creates no possibility for leaking. Product was easy to install, looks clean, works well, and can be easily seen from a decent distance. I added silicone sealant around where the body of the gauge meets the conduit, leaving a space for the cord to travel through, to minimize dust and insect intrusion as well as to stabilize the mating point to minimize conduit movement. Some dry lube sprayed on the conduit can help to ensure smooth operation.
