I´ll appreciate any answer** A: Sorry, it does not. **Q: How do you get this modem to work with voice and caller id on windows 10? i tried every driver on the included cd.** A: It's not compatible with Win10. I returned mine. **Q: can i make/recive voice call in pc?** A: It depends what software that you are using on your PC to make the call and if the program recognizes this type modem.. I was not able to make this modem work with the program that I am using ( Venta Fax & Voice) so I had to return it **Q: Can I record incoming calls?** A: Well yes, that can be done with a modem connected in series with another telephony device, but that's sure not what a modem is intended for. You'd have to have modem-control software with a built-in audio recorder, or else have the skills/know-how to use the Hayes Command Set with a manual modem terminal software and a separate software-based audio recorder. Then the modem uses a lot of power, and it's rigged to send/receive (not just receive) so you'd likely hear a LOUD click when it picks up and maybe a hum or buzz on the line while recording. I'd recommend a decent handheld recorder. Just bought my mom an Olympus DM-720 that works great. Crystal sound quality, digital recording format, USB interface, the whole 9 yards. To interface with your phone, get yourself a standard Stereo 2.5mm jack, solder with an iron, and any old telephone cord (assuming a 4-conductor satin cable with RJ11 jacks on each end). Cut off/throw away 1 of the RJ11 jacks and then look through the clear plastic on the other (still connected) one to see what color wires are in the middle. To make this easy, red is ring and green is tip in your perfectly standard telephony "satin cable," but not all are perfectly standard (some may also have red and green but have them wired backward). If your wire doesn't have those colors, or even if it does but you want to make sure they're in the correct tip/ring pinout, just hold the RJ11 with the "clip" facing down (and the wire toward you, with the blunt end of the RJ11 facing away from you) and examine the left-to-right orientation of the wires through the clear viewport on the top. All the ones on the leftmost side are tip/voltage and the right are ring/ground. The paired wires start at the center, so the middle 2 are tip/left ring/right, then the next innermost left is tip paired with the next innermost right which is ring. If you're using a standard 1-line phone, use the middle wires but make sure you get the tip/ring orientation right. Just strip a little colored insulator off the wires you're going to connect to the headphone jack, connect/solder the ring wire to the stereo jack's ground or - (ring) post and the tip wire to the jack's voltage or + (tip) post. If you get all this right, plug the stereo jack into the recorder's "microphone in" jack and plug the RJ11 into any phone outlet that's wired to connect with the phone you want to record from. I had to access the drivers for my specific Win XP Virtual Machine. The software drivers disk is a small type and does not work in a slot loading drive. I did have to contact support more than twice to get the drivers emailed to me. In the end I wanted to comment in general and I would say learn form this example. Support was good but not easy.
