Liforme Yoga Pad - Revolutionary Alignment System, Advanced Non-Slip Grip

Encountering some wrist pain during pregnancy and needed a bit of extra padding. This is perfect for that and can highly recommend if you need more support than just your standard mat for wrists or knees. Non-slip over my normal sized lifeforme mat.

Its expensive but worth every penny. This mat will last you a lifetime. Amazing grip and support and so many beautiful designs to choose from and then you get a fabulous quality carry bag for free....really love mine..x

Bought for my wife who is a yoga nut! The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the pattern looks really good. My wife assures me the quality is beyond compare and she loves the new addition to her Yoga gear. Its also easy to clean and a perfect size for when she is just kneeling.

Great to practice handstands, headstands, arm balances etc, when you don’t want to roll out the entire mat next to the wall.

What appealed to me most about this mat isn't the extra support it offers for yoga practice but the alignment markers that help get the best alignment during poses. I've found the central line marker and hand markers great for my downward dog and once my body is in the correct position for that I find the rest of my yoga poses flow better. I sit on top of my regular yoga mat and there is excellent rubberised grip underneath so it stays put. The grip on the surface of the mat is also excellent, I find it particularly useful for high intensity yoga sessions where my hands get sweaty and slip on my regular mat. I can't say that I have really noticed a difference in support however, perhaps if you have weak wrists this would be of benefit. This is expensive for what it is, and if you're considering spending the money I would look at stretching to afford the full mat which has complete alignment markers. Otherwise this is a good option if you're struggling with proper positioning during yoga practice. The quality is very good so should last well; a good investment.

I've had my mat for over three years, used it nearly everyday and its been the best thing I've bought for my practise. I bought the pad for additional support under my knees when I go to studio and it so portable! honestly wouldn't look at any other mats now.

This is by far the most superior mat for grip - especially for inversions and hot yoga ! Cant go wrong with a Liforme

I bought this to use with a really thin travel mat to give my wrists some extra padding. It’s brilliant and I use it every day now. It’s really grippy and loads of cushioning!

Eccellente come tutti i prodotti Liforme. Alta qualità e cura del dettaglio. Ideale per la pratica. Promosso

Feels like great quality. Comes with a case for carrying. Provides additional cushioning and nice grip so your hands won’t slip doing downward dog.

Utilisation optimale (maniable, léger). Pochette de rangement très pratique. Parfaitement adapté pour la pratique du Yoga.

This little mat is worth every penny! It makes a big difference during my practice as a knee pad, wrist pad and headstand pad. I definitely recommend it, and it comes with a bag to keep it safe.

Muy buena!
