Easy to clean
It’s a little heavy when fill bottle with cleaning liquid it’s inserted also this green color liquid leaves the floor very sticky so for this reason I had to dilute it with water ,

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. I had a previous Bona system that lasted a year. I wanted to try another one and this didn’t work from the first try

Terrible
I put liquid in the bottle, pushed it in and cleaned. Worked fine. Cleaned the floors a few times, bottle was empty. Pushed the bottom to release bottle and nothing !!!! Kept trying, but no luck. So I pushed the button really hard while pulling the bottle and the bottle came out minus the top !!! Great, needle nose pliers needed to yank top out . Happened twice more, Junk !!!! Don’t waste your money !!!

Spray Bottle Stops Working after about 6-12 months
When I first bought this mop, I was completely impressed and did write a five star review. It worked well, was light enough for me to use at 74 years of age and was wider than usual. However, the bottle and sprayer piece stopped working after about 9 months. That meant I couldn't use the sprayer any longer. What I do now is simply use the mop with some floor cleaner that I put on the floor. My advice would be to by the cheaper model that has no sprayer but is the same unit. That way, you save money and you won't end up with a mop that has a sprayer bottle stuck into it that won't work.

Broken piece of junk!
So excited to buy this because I love their cleaners. Couldn’t get the handle to click in place. It clicked, but came apart as soon as I picked it up. Spray bottle would not shoot out the place it’s supposed to in front. Husband tried to clean the area where the bottle goes in and all it did was make the cleaner leak out the bottom of the near the pad. Didn’t save packing so I guess I wasted $46.00. Watched tutorials before and after trying to use. Not sure what to do since I love the cleaner but hate the spray mop. Extremely poorly designed.
