I shut my truck off then started it back up and never worked just turns the led light on.** A: I don't know if I can tell you exactly what's wrong. My experience, I've turned my car and jeep off plenty of times without long pressing the power sign to turn it off, and it's come right back on once I started it back up. Yes i soaked the wick.** A: If you replaced the wick..there is a small spring inside the chamber. If you don't have that spring in there it won't work. You can use a spring from a mechanical pencil or a pen if you need a spring and can't find yours. I was having the same issue. **Q: It looks nice. Is a need to change the water-absorbing filter? or and can it use permanently?** A: I purchased this last year and use it once in awhile but haven't changed the filter. I think it'll be necessary to change the filter eventually, but they do give you an extra filter to replace it. As you will read in the reviews, alot of people will say that after powering on, for 3 seconds, it will spray and turns off. This is True because the same thing happened to me lol. However I found the solution to my problem after reading through the comments section. This mode where it sprays for 3 seconds & powers off is called intermittent mode and VERY TRICKY to get product out of this mode. The trick is when you first plug in the USB cord to the machine, when you hear the beep. Press the Power button three times rapidly & this should make the product work as described. Only issue I have is that I developed a small hairline crack out of no-where but product still works fine. I use with essential oils & water to keep my car & room smelling fresh. I will buy another one. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Breaks easily *by R***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2020* Arrived 5/31/20 it took me a couple of minutes to figure out exactly how the damn thing works, it's pretty simple really but provided instructions are piss poor so I just studied it figured it out on my own, like I said it's pretty simple and basic but that aside, this morning (6/12/20) I went to open it to fill it with water and the bottom two pieces broke apart, the outer piece completely cracked down one side and chunk broke off at the top where the two pieces fit together. I would just super glue the damn pieces back together and call it a day, but the rubber ring inside the top piece, that tightly seals it closed so it won't leak, popped out at the same time the bottom pieces cracked apart and for three life of me I can't get it back in there. It broke barely using any force to open it. I was very gentle with it because just upon getting it out of the box and touching it the thing seemed as fragile as an incandescent lightbulb. Actually lightbulbs are more durable than this piece of junk. For the not quite two weeks this thing worked it was okay but I considered returning it before it broke and now it's definitely being returned and no replacement, it's not worth it and I honestly don't even care if I get a refund it's that not worth it. If you even contemplated purchasing this and thought "well maybe I'll have better luck..." don't bother.
