The LXT Physiostep does the same workout but with fantastic programs. The only complaint I have are the crazy spinning handles. Those make not sense and makes it impossible to get a drink while working out. I have bruises on my knees to prove it. I have called HCI and requested the older handles which are no movable & have been told they are on back order. I can assume many others have made the same complaint. There is no way at all to keep the handles from spinning around. I've yet to receive the corrective handles. If not for that I would give it a 5. UPDATE Receive the new handles & a new module. Very pleased. The module stopped working with heart rate monitor I purchased. Corrected. This is a fantastic machine & sure give a great workout. There was a knocking as I got into the workout. There was a rep here and he looked in the housing but could not find any problem. Since then I recorded a video, when it was knocking, and sent it to the rep. He has forwarded it to the factory to see if they have any thoughts. I don't know what happens if they can't fix it.
