I’ve gone through quite a handful of book light throughout the years. This one is the best by far! The amber light makes reading at night enjoyable and pleasant on the eyes. Clip is large and sturdy + quiet! I’ve had book lights in the past that would have the creakiest clip sounds! I only ever use the first light setting (the dimmest). My only gripe is that the buttons are pretty loud, otherwise I’m happy with the design, ease of adjustment, and brightness. I’m on my second one because my kids destroyed the first one, but if I had to repurchase for replacement or just to have another one, I would!

I bought this Amber Book Light with the intention of using it for those late-night diaper changes and pumping sessions that require just enough light to see without disturbing others. Previously, I had the earlier version of this light, which used a micro USB charger. Unfortunately, I lost it in Vegas when it was clipped to a lamp shade. This led me to order the Amber Light Plus, which features a USB Type-C charger—a significant upgrade in my opinion. The Type-C charger is more convenient as I often misplaced the micro USB cable, which was a minor headache. The switch to the Type-C charger has been a game changer, making the Amber Light Plus an absolute favorite for me. Losing the old Amber light turned out to be a blessing in disguise, giving me the opportunity to experience the improved functionality of the Type-C charger. This light is perfect for reading, late-night diaper changes, or jotting down thoughts in your journal before bed without waking your significant other. Its soft amber glow is gentle on the eyes, making it ideal for nighttime use. I highly recommend the Amber Book Light Plus to any parent or night reader. It’s a reliable and versatile tool that has made my nighttime routines much smoother.

This is the best little book light ever! It works so well and I love the 3 different levels of brightness. It also gives a good amount of light but doesn’t feel like blue light. BONUS USE- this works WAY better than a “hatch” light or other baby light. The light it puts off won’t awaken anyone else in the room, this soft light to shine on baby, and it clips onto anything! (Currently on my bassinet)

After hearing a young man, on a college campus, say that he self educated by reading one hundred books a year I turned the tv off and bought this light. One month of no evening tv and I have read 6 books. I am also enjoying the best sleep ever! The amber light makes reading easy without affecting my sleep negatively. We now own three lights that both kids and adults use. They have held up to daily use and travel well. Nice to know: • It has three levels of brightness. •The charger requires a usb port (or cube). •The charge lasts through an entire book! •You can use the clip light on thinner paperbacks by clipping in more pages ,which is great for kids. •Nice for everyday use but also good for camping and traveling.

It is too bright even in low setting. But it is a very good and quality product, keeping charge for a whole month.

I love this little light. It's easy to use and I love the different brightness settings. I really do think it makes a difference having the amber light at night before sleeping. The first light I ordered had to be returned after a couple weeks because the charging port started to work sporadically. The exchange was no problem at all and this light seems to be working better. Fingers crossed because I really do like the light.

i’ve never used a book light before but i knew i needed one. i work overnight shifts and when the lights are turned out of the night a lamp is not enough for me to read. this lamp illuminates the pages and is super simple to use. i really like a warm amber lighting because part of the night i’m sitting at a computer screen. and adjusting the light is super easy.

After having this for six months, a review felt deserved. I use this regularly and am really pleased with it. The lowest light setting is enough to read by (for me), and it doesn't bother my partner who often falls asleep before me. I find it easier to fall asleep compared to using my bedside lamp. The neck is super flexible, but will hold exactly where you place it. A good size, though it can be a little heavy on shorter paperbacks - just make sure to clip enough pages. The grip has never damaged any book, which is great because I almost exclusively am borrowing from the library. Battery lasts a long time and I have had no trouble with it charging. The light also survived an inquisitive chew from a cat, in case that's relevant to your worries. I've recommended to multiple people!
