Is the sport version better?** A: As pointed out, the only physical difference between these and the SIE2/SIE2i earbudes is that the SIE2's have a shorter headphones cable. They do come with an extender but I think that makes the cable too long. These seem like just the right length for me. Also, the SIE2i earbuds have the device controls in the middle whereas these have them underneath the right earbud. Both the SIE2/SIE2i and FreeStyle earbuds are sweat and moisture resistant so the sports don't have any benefit over these.The FreeStyle earbuds are less expensive than the SIE2/SIE2i earbuds to you might as well go with them since they use the same StayHear ear tips, TriPort earbuds, and are moisture/water resistant. I prefer the design of the FreeStyle earbuds as their headphone cable is just the right length and the in-line controls are much easier to blindly find and use. **Q: Does the remote, including volume controls, work for the Samsung Galaxy S4?** A: Sorry, don't know if it works with the S4. I had a S6 and now a S7 and it works with no problems. I'd suggest checking with Bose directly if it isn't listed on their website. I am not 100% sure but there are NO headphones out there where the volume buttons work on Android. I think it has something to do with how Android works. The description and marketing pictures make it seem like these headphones are made for someone with an active lifestyle, but unless your idea of an "active" lifestyle is sitting in a quiet room these headphones are not for you. I wore them to the gym and could hear every noise in there over the sound of the music. I could literally hear the guy breathing on the bench next to me over the music coming from these headphones. I had the volume up to almost full blast too and could hear the music from the gym's speaker system clearer than I could hear my own. Maybe they have great quality sound but I wouldn't know because they obviously didn't factor in background noise when making this product. So if you plan on sitting in quiet room maybe these are great for you.
