As someone who owns approximately 30 foundations, I find myself reaching for this one when I want full coverage that lasts. I wear it when I’m creating content & special occasions where I know I’ll be photographed. It gives such a flawless base. I find it a little heavy for everyday wear, but I have found I can mix it with other more sheer foundations to add a little coverage or deepen the shade. It works well with other products such as primers, cream contouring products & powders. I don’t have issues with it lifting when applying other products on top. It is more on the matte side, so I use it with a pore filling primer & a liquid illuminator (Becca) underneath & it gives the most beautiful glow! I’m 44 so I try to steer clear of fully matte products but this one is so easy to adapt for my skin. I love this foundation so much I am ordering it in a lighter shade as well. Even though it is full coverage & very matte, I think it can be sheered out to be more wearable for everyday. As a former working freelance makeup artist, I think this would be a fantastic foundation to add to any professional kit!
