How do i obtain a replacement, per the 5 year warranty?** A: No idea. These lights are horrible, I ordered 6/and they barely lasted 6/months (50-75% of the lighted pins no longer worked). Complete garbage. **Q: CRI rating?** A: I checked the box and light itself and they don't call out a specific CRI but they do show 6500K and I can attest it is a very stark white, not warm whatsoever. **Q: does this throw light downward or only out the sides? I want to use it over an outdoor stoop.** A: Sides only, 360 degree light. Very bright is a plus but just don't have high expectations. These individual LED lights will slowly burn out one-by-one until it's like 33% lit. Not worth the cost, did not even last 9/months (8 of them). **Q: How do I get a refund/replacement for a defective lamp?** A: Contact the Seller. I tried larger LED corn bulbs and I kept cracking my head on the large 60w corn bulbs that require base adapters for my standard sockets further reducing headroom of the larger LED corn bulbs.These bulbs have a small footprint and put out a lot of bright white light which was perfect for the attic. These bulbs also have a standard E26/E27 screw base like a regular bulb and they do not require adapters which also increases headroom.
