Ingredients: ------------ 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 oz Italian dressing 4 slices bacon ¼ cup Red Hot Smokers Dry Rub (see recipe*) Red Hot Sauce BBQ Sauce (see recipe*) *This recipe and others are available on the Frito-Lay website at Disclosure: Frito-Lay is not liable or responsible for the outcome of any recipes from this website, as the ingredients used cannot be controlled nor can the environment where the recipe is made. Cook for approximately 1 hour at 325°F to 350°F or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. 7. During the last 15 to 20 minutes, glaze the thighs with BBQ sauce.
