Fairly easy installation, you might need some WD40
Installing this is pretty straight forward.Getting your inner door panel off and out of the way is what it is. The only place you might get hung up a little bit would be if the screws you need to remove to get the old handle out are pretty rusty, as was the case with my passenger door. One of the screw anchors that hold it to the door stripped out of the old plastic handle because of the rust, but a pair of small needle nose vice grips and a bit of penetrating oil got it out of the anchor.Installing the new one was a breeze. I guess it's a fair price, but these are plastic just like the originals, which is why I rated the durability at 4 stars.

Save the old plastic clip!!!
This is not easy to install but I think that’s Chevy’s fault-not the handle. The little plastic clip is where the $3.00 price comes in, it broke almost immediately. Luckily it’s the only plastic part of the handle so I used the one off my old door handle. Still giving this 5 stars. Absolutely worth the price.

Great replacement
I used this to replace one that I pulled off my truck (woops). The plastic feels maybe a little lighter than the factory one. But I won't remove any points for that. It installs right in place with no fuss, and it feels like a new truck door handle with a good firm pull and feedback from the "unlatch" action.
