I am 5’0 tall will these be too long ?

I am 5'4 and 130, unfortunately these are too long for me. I usually need a 31 inseam which is harder to find. In the past Court Haley pants have worked for me as their pants seem to have a shorter inseam. Hope this helps!

Are the size large a plus size?

I think the large are like a size 14. I have 2 pairs brand new that I’ve never worn. I now wear a size 10 I hope this helps
