CRAFTSMAN 5/8" Spark Plug Socket, 3/8-Inch Drive (CMMT43324)

This size socket fits most common spark plugs. The deep well is a must for plugs. I like to always loosen the plug with this socket, but then seat it and insert it with a spark plug tool (often included with your mower, snow blower, etc.). The socket is nice quality. I have bought a few Craftsman sockets, such as spare 10mm (not that anyone ever loses those, ahem) and have never been disappointed in the price or quality.

Works as intended, used it for changing the Spark plugs in my Chevy SS. Makes removing spark plugs easy. It is the right size for most GM car spark plugs. Seems to be built well enough that I shouldn't have to replace it.

Craftsman quality is excellent. Size is exact. Good price for a quality socket.

I bought this because my spark plugs had oil on them so I figured I can change them out after I replace the valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets. Oil WILL make the rubber inside slip out of the socket and you have to be strategic if you know your spark plugs have oil on them. I found that cleaning after each use made it less likely for the rubber inside to come off. Overall it's a good socket and I wouldn't steer you away from purchasing it, just be cautious when you're in my specific situation! :)

The socket worked perfectly on my cub cadet zero turn mower to replace my spark plugs. Very happy with the fast shipping. I was able to use it within an hour of it being delivered to swap out my spark plugs which are 13/16”. Great all around quality which is to be expected from a Craftsman tool.

I purchased this to fill a gap in my spark plug socket collection. It is a good looking socket and fits 3/4 in spark plugs. I returned it because the rubber (?) insert that is supposed to retain the spark plug in the socket did not grip the plug. I don't know if the ceramic part of the plug was too short, too small, or if the insert wasn't doing the job. I bought a set of four spark plug sockets for a couple of dollars more than this one and they all hold the spark plugs as they should.

Works as intended, grabs onto a 13/16 spark plug nice and tight to install or remove. Minor issue is the black rubber piece inside sometimes comes out when removing the socket from a spark plug.

Do is job perfectly, fit snug on my 13 mm chainsaw clutch cover bolt.
