I’m breast-feeding my third daughter and this stuff really makes me confident in what’s in my milk supply what vitamins are getting to her and minerals. This is also amped up my milk supply. I’m taking fenugreek, bone marrow and bovine liver. I highly recommend this brand. It has been a great dietary supplement, and a great company to go through. You do have to take six capsules a day.
