This is Aquaman. Mine came with Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman (Jan 2017). Now they are including Aquaman. He's part of the DC Comic universe. They're starting to merchandise him more in advance of a movie that will feature them all (Justice League).

Does the packaging have a space to write who it is from?

No, it does not. I just printed my own labels. It worked beautifully, my daughter & her class mates were very pleased.

Are there batman, superman, and flash in these? We are also wanting flash too...

It's my understanding that you get what you get. My assortment had batman, super man, flash and green lantern, but not an equal amount of each

Is there a Wonder Woman dispenser included? Any other female characters?

There were no female characters in the pack that I received. We had the following four characters - Flash, Green Lantern, Batman & Superman.
