Little Experimenter Interactive 9" Talking Globe, Smart Pen, STEM Ages 8-12

The globe is great and my son loves it! It is very educational and teaches kids through a fun interactive process. Most important, the customer service for this company is excellent. We had some issues and contacted the company. They helped immediately and resolved all of the issues. They care about their customers and are willing to help you. I would definitely buy more products from them.

This was gifted to to a 6yr old. The child was happy to receive this, because the globe in school had to be shared and did not talk, but the parent enjoyed playing with it more than he did. Quality sound. Esthetically pleasing to the eyes. Product was exactly what was promised. Great purchase investment.

It's a cool concept but i don't know if they get alot out of it

Ordered for grandson but ‘pen’ did not work. I missed return window as they were in the middle of a move. However, I was put in touch with the seller & they replaced the defective item immediately. Great customer service!

This worked great for one month. The batteries died in the hand wand, replaced them and now the thing just blinks, will not work. Does anyone know how to contact this company? Items should last more than a month. I purchased in Nov, gifted for Christmas, started using beginning of January since we were out of town and it’s mid February and it is already not working.

This item seems to be made of inexpensive materials and comes in a broken package, which makes it look like it’s been returned. Instead of wasting your time, I suggest getting the LeapFrog Magic Adventures Globe.
