### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best histories of aboriginal Australia

I purchased the books and the DVD. I took a Saturday and watched the whole DVD. As I watched I followed along in the books. The history was exceptional and what I learned was eye opining and it showed me how inadequate the books on the history of Australia I previously read. I will be using the books as a reference as I further study Australian history. Thanks Rachel and Marcia(Ma).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best books on history of indigenous Australians

This book covers the strife the indigenous Australians went through since 1788 in different states and territories: in NSW, Tasmania, Victoria, Northern Territories, Western Australia and Queensland. While the book tells many disheartening stories of extreme racism, it also shows throughout history there were many good people who raised their opposing voices against such atrocities.Yes, it is tragic how there were so many atrocities committed against our first Australians. It was simply a genocide, analogous to the Holocaust. However, time has changed in the last 20 years. There is hope that the future will be bright for our indigenous Australians.
