Playtex Women's 18 Hour Active Lifestyle Full Coverage Bra #4159

I was ordering my usual fave Vanity Fair bras in a lower back size because I lost some weight recently and this bra came up as a suggestion. I took a chance and I absolutely love everything about it. Nice to get something different too. So comfortable and a perfect fit too. I like that there are 4 sets of back hooks (my VF bras only have 3). I also love the wide straps and the overall shape it makes. Will definitely order more in other colors!

This is honestly the closest thing I’ve found to a natural-feeling bra that still gives real support. A lot of bras either feel too stiff and uncomfortable or make everything feel like it’s sitting way too low by the end of the day. This one doesn’t do that. I really like that the straps and fit are adjustable because it helps you customize the support without feeling squeezed or trapped. It gives coverage and lift without looking overly bulky. I can actually wear it for hours without constantly thinking about taking it off the second I get home. If you want something comfortable, supportive, and practical for everyday wear, this one is definitely worth trying.

This bra provides moderate support. It doesn't give as much support as an underwire bra, but after having arm surgery and a Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy, I'm not wanting to wear an underwire bra and may not want to ever again. This bra so far is comfortable also. It fits well; seems true to size. I first bought this bra in white in a size 42DDD from Walmart, but I'm going to have to go get a refund on that. That bra fit well in the breast but the band was tight. This size o bought from Amazon fits well and isn't tight.

I originally bought this in nude and was so happy with it that I came back for a second one in black! As a woman with larger breasts, finding a comfortable bra can be difficult, and one with support that has no underwire even MORE difficult unless you want to spend a car payment on it! Playtex has been around FOREVER (the first bra my mom bought for me back in the 60's was a Playtex). I have to admit, they have tended to be my "go to" most of my life although I have been known to step into a Victoria's Secret brick and mortar from time to time, as well as trying brands that my friends recommended. It's nice to have a bra that's comfortable, easy to hook, easy to wear, easy to wash, holds you up, looks natural, is reasonably priced and keeps you from having "spillage"! UPDATE - Dec 29, 2025 -- Just had to go back again! Picked it up in light beige and white as well because they were on sale for one-third of the original price. Ya just can't beat it!

Platex Bra really nice good fit

This bra I have ordered a few times, but this time after trying it on it seemed kind of tight. I measured this bra with my other Playtex bras, #4159, and found that it was 2 inches shorter then my other ones. I am very disappointed. It’s going back.

Best 18 hour raw I could’ve ever versus quality comfort is perfect. Size is true to size softness you can’t see your shirts and you can use it to exercise. I have brought more than one and in different colors.

I purchased a 42 DDD. I am 5'7 275 pounds and very curvy. The fabric feels great and washes well. The cup is a perfect fit. The band is snug on the very first hooks but still comfortable. So as the band gets stretched out worn out or as I lose weight I'll be able to move my hooks closer in. The straps are adjustable which is a good thing because with heavy girls the bra stretches a little bit throughout the day however I am able to adjust the straps and wear it a second day. It washes great. They're size guide isn't the greatest however when it says in the pictures to measure and take the difference between under the bus and across the bus that chart works beautiful. But the size guide located with the blue hyperlink just above the sizes is not reliable. Great bra and supportive. Will order again.

This wasn't very comfortable. Kinda disappointed and it seemed to be tighter than normal (I wear L size for their other models and 38DD).

Verlässliche hohe Playtex Qualität, wenn nichts verrutschen soll und man sehr guten Halt braucht. Auch für Frauen, die NIE einen BH ohne Bügel tragen würden. Ich war echt baff, es bleibt alles am Platz, der Stoff ist unheimlich weich, und es gibt keine Nähte mehr und trotzdem formt der BH, indem er nach oben stützt und die Seiten einfängt. Auch keine Rückenröllchen. Echt eine tolle Verbesserung des 18-Stunden BHs.

I love this bra. I was telling my partner last night that I wish breasts were like Mr. Potato Head parts, where you could choose none, smaller ones, or bigger ones, depending on the needs of the day. This bra, for me, is the "smaller ones" option. It spreads, flattens, and minimizes in a way that's comfortable and looks nice. Good support for exercising. I used to buy them at Sears or the Bay, and I was so glad to see them on Amazon. Note that I always wear a 38C, and Amazon told me I should order a 36C for this. I didn't believe it, but I should have. I'm on the tightest hooks of the 38. I will be ordering more, for sure.

I bought 2 bras, this one fit the best, the cups are perfect, but I had to put an extender in the back. For a bra with no wire, it is quite comfortable and gives a good lift and shape. I'm an F cup.
