Good build quality, reasonable heat dissipation
Good quality manufacturing. Specs were right on and edges are clean. Not quite sufficient for peltier cooling even with a heat dissipation fan and thermal compound but likely be good enough for other light duty applications.

They seem to be of decent quality. They don't really absorb and dissipate much heat though. Spend a little more money and get copper instead.

NOT a flat mating surface!
This picture is after 15 minutes of sanding with 400 grit sand paper. The center is quite a bit lower than the edges. It took a lot of work to make flat, which is super important when mounting a heatsink.

40 x 40 x 20 heatsinks
These have very nice thermal transfer. They seem to be of pure aluminum, because they work better than a similar shape and fin style heatsink of 40% larger area and mass. Easy to drill and machine.

As described, measurements shown are accurate
Can't complain. The measurements shown in the listing are accurate down to the tenth of a millimeter and consistent across all 4 pieces. Certainly aluminum, a neodymium magnet has absolutely no effect at all on these. Like holding a magnet to a block of wood. And the electrical resistance across a block is zero on my meter or at least too low for my device to measure.
