To turn right use the right boot and to turn left use the left one. Now, if you go straight, you should use both at the same time. Otherwise you could be fined.

Is it good for walking in snow or slippery surface?

These boots love slippery surfaces. We usually oil down metal, for no reason, and walk on it with these boots on. Sticks like glue on toilet paper.

How durable are these?

They are very durable, a tough shoe for a sneaker. Plus comfortable to stand in for periods of time.

Im 6'2 240 walk about 5 miles a day while carrying water upwards of 80lbs and pushing up to 400lbs up/down hills. Will they stand up to demand?

These boots are only rated for 40lbs of water and 250lbs up hill but they have an unlimited weight rating for pushing downhill.
