It would only protect fairly light needs or in-between days. **Q: I don't understand the dimensions given in the description. What is the actual length of the liner, width approximately and are they super thin?** A: The absorbent part is 5.5" long and only 1 3/8" wide in the center, less then 2" at the widest spot. The dimensions are severely exaggerated by Always.
