I'm not sure than you can. You would have to go into the BIOS and see if there is a setting. I run my off UPS so I haven't had the issue.

This does not support internal drives even though they specifically told me that it would. beware. where can i contact support?

False. You can add up to a 2TB drive. I just ordered a 512GB drive to add to this PC.

Which kind of sd card can be inserted? is there limit in term of sd card capacity that the pc can support?

I am using the SanDisk 128 GB SD. No issues with the SD and the KingSpec 500 GB for the SSD. I changed the configuration so the 500 GB is now the C drive and the internal SSD is a data D drive.
