Lovely throw, very soft and a very nice colour.

Exactly what I needed and expected. The fabric is thin but very nice to touch- smooth and cosy. The pattern makes it look rustic. I am really pleased. I have not washed it yet, but I hope it will not shrink.

Just got the BOURINA Textured Solid Soft Sofa Throw and I love it! The knit feels soft and comfy, and the textured design makes my couch look more stylish. It’s lightweight, so perfect for layering or a bit of extra warmth without being bulky. Definitely happy with this purchase.

A beautiful throw. Just the right thickness. No bobbling or pulled threads up to now? Lovely colour. Doesn't move about much. Good value for money.

Edited 6 months into use - throw still going strong. Bobbling is increasing where hubby sits on it where he puts his arm whilst sitting. Tried to brush off the bobbling with various brushes, but as acrylic this is somewhat difficult as brushing just pulls on the acrylic fibres and makes it "fluffy" and possibly prone now to more and bobbling to return quicker. Life is too short to sit there for hours and pull off the bobbles individually by hand! This throw still looks great and I stand by the original review posted 6 months ago. However, based on this increasing bobbling, the high price I paid (could have puchased other throw half the price at same size), whilst it looks good I would not purchase another like this again. I will give this one another 6 months laid on pattern side upright and then turn it over to the plain unbobbled side. My personal opinion I would look possibly in the future for a micro fleece, one that did not shed fibres and smooth so not a bobble-r. Removed another star again from 4 to 3 because of bobbling issue based on cost/value for money/longevity of original appearance. ‐----------------- We were looking for a lightweight throw to use on a new sofa for everyday use protection, looking for something more barely there/discreet than to make a statement. After research, many throws were ruled out due to reviews confirming they tended to shed fibres. This one seemed to more fit the bill from reading reviews. Puchased the 127 x 228cm. This covers half a 2.5 seat sofa and over one arm. This would not be suitable to cover the whole or a bigger sofa. Not a problem for us as we wanted to cover only one seat cushion and arm and be able to see the remainder. One side of the throw is patterned, one side is plain knit. I has an amount of stretch in it. It is very soft to touch and comfortable to sit on and does not create heat like fleece or friction against clothing. A nice fringe compliments it. As other reviewer have said it is quite thin, such that I did wonder if I'd received the wrong size when I opened the package and saw it so small, but opened up large. Despite not being thick, not purchased for that reason, we do not see colour peaking through it from the sofa below. Overall this throw has met our needs and blends in well for what we wanted. Reviewing having the throw in place for 3 weeks ... The only negative we've found is as this throw is made from soft acrylic it has already started to bobble a bit in places. We notice it maybe others wouldnt. However, for the price of £27.99 we are a little disappointed at this happening and so soon. For this reason we don't believe this throw would be suitable around pets as wouldn't last 2 minutes with claw plucks and perhaps making holes; a fleece one would be more suitable. As the throw is what we'd call delicate fabric rather than thin, when it does go in the wash, to protect it and the fringe, it makes sense to put it in a wash bag before putting it in the washing machine. 1 star off for the bobbling, but we knew it was acrylic when ordering. Just hoping it will be minimal. Suppose if the pattern side bobbles we could turn it over and use the plain knit side for a while, or alternate both ways. Still happy with our purchase as more positives come with it.

Beautiful fabric and colour

Nice throw. It is a little thin and not finished particularly well in parts but it serves its purpose and is a very good price. Looks really smart. Would recommend as long as you next expecting a thick throw.
