I love these vitamins , they have so many different vitamins and minerals in them ;and they're easy to swallow the capsules are small. I've been taking them for quite a long time now for years. They also help with hair loss I was losing my hair and once I started taking these vitamins my hair started coming back and I'm not losing it at the rate I was before I started taking them. The large bottle has all the same vitamins and minerals in it that's a smaller one does but additionally it does have a few more vitamins. I recommend them !

Well first got into the brand is it was in the top 3 best multivitamin (but def the cheapest compared) with the highest amount of vitamins, and actually has what the label reads. Most vitamins have fillers and not even close contain what the description says. Fear not with digestion and I can say besides from keeping you well physically, it helps me a lot with being more energized mentally. Have thyroid issues and low blood sugar sometimes, and this noticeably helps. If you ever doubt the help a multi vitamin like this take it for 6 months or so then just stop. I have and you feel like you got 10 years older, especially if you pushing your body via sport or working out- stressed out from work/school, or getting little sleep or have certain levels off. On a final not there is a difference between the brand and the “no iron”. These are capsules and the no iron are tablets. These are half the amount of vitamins per pill, meaning why the serving size is 4 vs the no iron which is 2. So the reason why you spend more for the no iron is that you have basically double the amount of servings. For insight I take 4 of these capsules twice a day while when I take the no iron I take 2 twice a day. I like that with the no iron you have more servings and take less pills. But actually am lacking in some iron so switched over to these. Have tried many multivitamin’s, as a pure multivitamin this is the best. Only other I really recommend is orange triad, but that is also along with being a multivitamin is part a digestion aid and part joint relief.

Day two and I have so much energy even into the last hour at work, so that’s great. I understand it’s natural raw vitamins so it’s going to take a larger amount at a time, 60 pills is only 15 days worth because you take 4 at a time, and it even says you can take them twice a day! But i don’t need to. I just take them with breakfast. And i know they absorb well, because i feel great. I only wish I had more easily seen that you take 4 at a time so 60 is only 15 days worth. I think next i will try another brand to compare. See if I can find any less expensive for the amount you have to take. Also, be sure to read the contents as the amounts of vitamins are a little uneven, I take calcium, magnesium, and vitamin c also, since there isn’t much of those in this supplement. But what is in this supplement is definitely worth taking!!

If you read through the ingredients you'll see that this brand has used good compounds for their various vitamins. You get good vitamins for a decent price.

I have been taking these Multivitamins for 2 months now and am getting ready to order a new bottle. I have never been a fan of Multivitamins because they didn't make me feel that great and I could never figure out what ingredient bothered me. So I took many different vitamins individually (most are included in this mutlivitamin). I've been a fan of Source Naturals Products ever since they were recommended to me as a high-quality, vitamin brand from my friends at the local health food store. I saw these multis at a good price on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I take 3-4 capsules/day in the morning, after a healthy breakfast. I would never take them on an empty stomach as I believe they work best when taken with food. What I've noticed is my mood is better, I have more energy, I sleep better, and wake up earlier and more refreshed than before. Winter is usually my time to be somewhat depressed and lethargic (Seasonal Affective Disorder?) but I haven't noticed that this winter. I still take another D3 tablet, Glucosamine and Folic Acid but that's it. I used to always wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for a couple of hours but find I'm not doing that as much anymore either. These Vitamins are a Win!

After all these years I still have people telling me that vitamins don't do anything except create expensive urine. Unfortunately, they may be right because there is still no definitive study or consensus. I read both that they are beneficial for health and a waste of money... new reports have suggested that sometimes they may even be dangerous. Americans spend tens of billions a year on vitamins and herbal formulas. What is the FDA busy with if not informing consumers about this topic? I have taken supplements and herbs for over 30 years and vitamins haven't killed me yet. But I also eat a balanced diet of mostly fruits and vegetables, exercise 6 days a week, drink a lot of water and, in my 50s, am repeatedly told by my doctor I am in the top 10% of the healthiest people he sees (and medical tests are some of the few on which I can't cheat). But that blessing may be genetics as much as anything else... That said, I take Life Force because it has the best balance of nutrients for the price. I like that it is in powder form and not a solid tablet, therefore easier to digest. I think it works for me. And I believe that's the key, know yourself. I would recommend this product with the caveat that you need to know your medical history and blood-work, keep track, analyze to see if you can gauge results and see if Life Force (or any supplement) makes a difference for you. Since I've been trying for 30 years and still am not really sure, good luck with that. As for myself, until it's been proved otherwise, I'm going to continue to invest in expensive urine.

This multivitamin has a lot of ingredients that are not normally found in multivitamins. I think that this will be much better for me than the run of the mill multivitamins. To maintain a healthy body you must also think about cell health and the mitochondria health. I think that this multivitamin with a few other ingredients everyday will help me lead a healthier life.
