First the toaster wouldn't pop up so we got service under warranty. Now at 15 months old (and out of warranty) we get one-sided toast - actually quite good for those who like to grilled cheese on toast. Sorry but humor is the only way to deal with wasting this amount of money - twice.Wish I'd never heard of Bugatti kitchen appliances. Using the legendary Italian car manufacturers name would make him turn in his grave. Riconosco che sono stata molto indecisa perché di tutti gli altri tostapane vedevo molte recensioni, invece di questo una sola, anche se positiva. Alla fine l'ho acquistato e dopo un mese non mi sono pentita: è elegante, la cromatura di ottima qualità, il funzionamento ineccepibile, sia nel tipo di tostatura, sia nella meccanica. Si inseriscono le fette di pane nelle fessure e poi dopo avere regolato la funzione scelta, premendo il tasto "GO" si aziona un ascensore che automaticamente fa scendere le fette e quando è finita l'operazione, le espelle delicatamente con un leggero suono. Aggiungo che è dotato sia delle pinze sia della griglia su cui poter riscaldare.
