Butterfly Net

These nets have been so popular with my grandkids that I have recently purchased THREE sets of them! They are a terrific value and worth hours of fun! I first purchased the set of 5 bug nets for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday. She loved them and we have had so much fun bug-hunting together. We especially like the telescoping handles on these nets. And they are very colorful. I purchased a second set for all the grandkids to use when at my house (age ranges 4-8). Everyone got to choose a color and since there are five nets, we had enough to go around. And one of the other grandkids loved the bug-hunting adventures so much, that I bought a 3rd set for her 7th birthday. Even the parents and aunts and uncles have had a great time on the bug-hunting adventures with the kids. Every time I purchased these nets, I paired them with a set of bug houses also purchased from Amazon. That pairing together makes a great gift. I am so pleased—this is a great activity, doesn’t cost any additional money, and the kids have an opportunity to learn about nature/science. Great outdoor fun. I highly recommend these nets. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you!

Grandkids loved these. What's not to love. Great deal. Kids love making the handles long and short. They use them to catch all sorts of things. I'm not going to mentions as not to offend anyone. Nice bright colors. Light weight. Recommend. Will buy again if they go on sale.

Good for the price but a little weak where the net meets the pole so wouldn’t use for anything heavy. Overall pleased.

HUGE hit with the kiddos! We took these when we went on our week long stay at the lake. I kid you not, my toddler was entertained for HOURS “catching” fish! Pretty good quality for the price! Plus it came with 5 nets so each kiddo there had a net to play with! It held for the whole week we were there, no broken nets. And these kids are not easy with toys. The telescoping part was just as entertaining to them as actually using the nets to catch fish! Plus, it stores well in our trailer! Definitely worth the purchase.

Surprisingly robust! Survived smashing into ground and on deck, still no holes, no bent wire. I was worried based on some reviews that these would break instantly. They didn't at all. We've had these for several months and they've survived some pretty rough handling by young child trying to catch bugs, balls, soap bubbles, other objects, frequently smashing the butterfly net into the ground. So far no damage to the net, kid loves it. Good value for the price.

The nets themselves are nice but the metal part of the nets where the handle meets the net isn't very durable. My kids used them to try and catch little fish swimming in the creek and they kept bending and breaking where the neck of the nets starts. When the metal breaks it's really sharp and could cut someone.

These are wonderful little nets and my granddaughters love them! They extend and are made good at a great price! The colors are vibrant! I'm very happy with this purchase!

If you want to see kids of all ages have a blast, hand these out and watch them hunt.
