Can this support three(3) red LED 80 mm fans? thanks

I believe it will only support two 80mm in the lower rear section of the case. The other rear fan on the upper section is a 120mm fan, as are the front two (or four if you double up with a radiator.) There is also a 240mm fan mounting on the top.

What is the height between the bottom and the motherboard shelf?

I don't have the case in front of me to measure, but the total height of the case is 330 mm. From the MB tray to the top of the case is 180 mm. The difference is 150 mm, but that probably includes about 10 to 15 mm for the risers on the bottom.

Does this case come with, or have as optional accessories, any type of dust filters to cover all of these nice air flow openings?

IMO, 1. mobo tray lays flat so gravity works with your cpu/cooler, GPUs, and any other item attaching to the mobo to remain seated very nicely and not be stressed at the connection point like most of the stand up cases. 2. Lots of space for over sized GPU cards (great for SLI or Crossfire support). 3. Cable management makes for a clean, high airflow case. finally 4. Recommend using an AIO liquid cooling unit on the CPU to keep temps sub 40°C under load. The front top intake can support a 280 Rad with push/pull config of 140mm fans while leaving room for the largest of GPU cards. That is how I am running my system with only one exhaust 120mm fan on the back (option to add more). Minimal dust gets in, temps stay at awesome levels and it fits nicely on any table/desk top surface.

Will a evga supernova 1300 g2 psu fit in this case?
