This medium grater is very sharp, easy to use and safe to handle. It comes with an slip-on and off cover for protection and cleans up in a snap. The rubber surround and handle protect your cutting board or glass bowl as you grate. This is second grater I've purchased (zester, medium grater, and coarse grater.) They can stack one on top of another and don't take up a lot of space in the utensil drawer.
