Material is a bit cheap, especially by comparison to what it looks like in the image. Exterior does a good job insulating the cold packs. The plastic material that separates the actual cold packs from your arm is not only thin but the stitching is prone to tearing; so be careful tossing it in and out of the freezer. Now for the positive. This is the only cold pack I have found to adequately cover the upper forearm and it works quite well when fully tightened. Also it does state this is LARGE (6'4 / 260 LB) however, if you are build large/lift regularly beware that it will not provide "full coverage". The LARGE qualification seems to be more for length than girth of the wrap. That is it, good purchase, used for roughly 3 weeks now and it is useful cold wrap. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ not bad *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 6, 2012* The material is a bit cheaper than I expected and it does not provide even coverage on my arm because the wrap is rectangle if they tapered is so it was smaller at the wrist and bigger around the forearm it would be more effective. Still this is the only full arm ice pack I've come across that stays in place and provides a solid 15 minutes of cold over my entire forearm. Definitely easier than trying to adapt a regular ice pack or soak your arm in a tub of ice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I got this *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 21, 2016* These compression icing wraps are well made. I've had elbow and forearm tendonitis for a couple years from weightlifting and curls and the elbow pressure wrap has helped so much.I'd had professional PT where the therapist used a cold water fed pressure cuff on my one; the gel-based ice packs in this get ***very*** cold, just like the therapists. The pressure bulb allows me to inflate the cuff as much as I need to achieve the best compression.Remember, see your doctor or therapist for a schedule of use and the proper on-off timing.
