It is filled with 80% white duck down and 20% feather, which makes it extremely soft. 233 thread count hypoallergenic cotton fabric is soft, durable and prevents the down from sneaking out. Upon receipt of this comforter, remove it from the packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover its full loft. In addition,being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
