The interior looks easy to clean and does not have an annoying lip at the front, as did my last one. Too early to comment on long term performance or durability but at least it feels pretty solid. Two gripes: I discover from the label that it's made in China -- and I'm trying to avoid products from the realm of the CCP; can't even the Japanese make stuff at a competitive price any more? And whatever possessed Amazon's operatives to place the delivery label squarely over the unpacking instructions on the box?!
